How can we Help You?

Interacting in desktop mode

In Glue you can interact with 3D objects such as your Glue Tablet, Glue Tools, 3D drawings, Imported Images or other imported 3D objects. In some spaces there might also be fixed functions such as sliding doors or coffee makers that are a part of the space and require actions to work.

From desktop to VR Mode

When you have the VR headset all set up with your PC and ready to go, you can activate it by selecting VR mode from the Tablet whenever you prefer. To get a better understanding of how to use the VR controllers in Glue, please read through the next section (VR headsets).

Basic Navigation in the Desktop mode

To look around, press the Mouselook button to activate the Mouselook mode. Now your view follows the mouse movement. When Mouselook mode is activated, you can move around by using arrow keys or W-A-S-D keys on your keyboard.

Launching Glue

Glue launches in Desktop mode by default when using a computer. This allows you to move and communicate in the same Space as other users, so even if you’re not yet equipped with VR hardware you won’t miss a beat.
