Is it possible to turn off the spatial/surround sound feature?
At this time, it’s not possible to turn off surround sound. However, you can adjust the spatial audio settings in your headset under Settings > Sound. If you need further assistance or have any questions, please contact our customer support team.
What can I do if my avatar is muted even if my Glue microphone is not?
With a PC or Mac, this usually results from the input audio pointing at the wrong device in the device OS settings. It is advisable to check that also the Glue audio settings are set to the correct audio device.
What can I do if Glue is not sending out a Team membership invitation?
Glue utilizes a validation system to verify email addresses associated with Glue accounts and Team memberships. If Glue rejects a Team membership invitation, it is likely due to the system detecting a series of hard bounces.
