Integrating Gmail with Glue makes it easy to manage email attachments by allowing users to import files directly into Glue Team files and spaces. This seamless connection enhances workflow efficiency, eliminating the need for manual downloads and uploads. Stay organized and boost productivity by streamlining your email file management within Glue.

To enable the Gmail app start Glue and open the Apps tab in Settings

Click the “Add” button

Go to Home/Apps and click the Gmail icon

Click the “Sign in” button

After signing in, Gmail will be available inside Glue

Files from email attachments can be added directly to Glue Team files

To do this open an email with an attachment

Click the download button

Click the “Import” button on the following popup

Please note that this also allows adding files from Gmail attachments directly to Glue spaces as long as their format is supported.
