Integrating Microsoft 365 with Glue unlocks seamless collaboration by allowing users to access, edit, and present files directly within the platform. This integration enhances workflow efficiency by eliminating the need for manual uploads while enabling direct file imports from the Microsoft 365 cloud to Glue Team files and spaces. Streamline your document management and boost productivity with this powerful connection.

To enable Microsoft 365 start Glue and open the Apps tab in Settings

Click the “Add” button

Go to Home/Apps and click the Microsoft 365 icon

Click the “Sign in” button

After signing in, Microsoft 365 should be available inside Glue

While creating new files is not supported, existing ones can be edited and displayed. This can be useful for accessing and presenting files without uploading them to Glue Team files.

Files from Microsoft 365 cloud can be added directly to Glue Team files

To do this go to the “My Content” tab

Click the 3 dots icon next to the file

Select the “Download” option from the popup menu

Click the “Import” button on the following popup

Please note that this also allows adding files from the  Microsoft 365 cloud directly to Glue spaces as long as their format is supported.
