What can I do if I can not hear others after playing a video on a Meta Quest device?

If you find your Meta Quest device headphones muted after watching a video in Glue, it may be due to a recent device's firmware update conflicting with Glue audio. Opening a video preview on the Glue browser or from Team files may in this case silence the Glue audio output, preventing you from hearing others.

To resolve this, simply press the power button on your device twice shortly during the Glue session. The first press puts the device to sleep (the screen turns black) and the second wakes it up. You won't be disconnected from the session, and the audio will be restored. Keep in mind that this issue and workaround are specific to Meta Quest devices only.
